Terms & Conditions

At Brave Disposal Services, we take the legal aspect of our services seriously. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to govern the activities of visitors on our website and establish the relationship between our visitors and us. These terms are tailored to meet the specific needs and nature of our waste disposal services, ensuring clarity and transparency in our operations.

Collection Guidelines

Please follow these instructions when you are preparing your trash and recycling collection; ​​Place the bin with the wheels facing your house and at least three feet away from obstructions like cars or mailboxes. To avoid any collection pick up services , please have your bins out before 6 A.M. or the night before. Glass containers/jars, plastic bottles and metal containers must be free of food or liquid . Small furniture made out of fabric and/or wood and bed frames may be put out for collection with your regular trash. However, large items such as furniture, mattresses, carpet and appliances require special handling. Please call the office to set up a special pick up, additional fees may apply. ​Please secure all material in disposing bags or bundles not to exceed 50 pounds.  Please place trash and recycling directly in Brave Disposal garbage container.  Brave Disposal will provide a 95 gallon bin and  64 gallon Single Stream recycling container for paper, plastic and aluminum.  If the Customer needs an extra bin, there is a charge of $10 more per month.   Waste and Recycling  Guidelines​ ​ We will take up to 10-30 gallon paper yard waste bags or 10 pounds of branches/brush (3 feet long.)​ Not acceptable​ ​ Bulky materials including drywall, concrete. bricks, dirt or rocks.  Dead animals, batteries, tires, combustible materials or any items identified as hazardous. ​Brave Disposal is no responsible for damage beyond the curb line.​ ​

Terms of Service and Contract

​ This Contract is between Brave Disposal the Costumer. ​​1. The company agrees to provide trash, recycling, and yard waste collection (during specified seasons) to the Costumer. ​​2. The Customer agrees to make timely payments as outlined in this contract in order to avoid a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. ​3. The Customer will be charged monthly, every three months or annually.  ​4. If the Customer decides to cancel the service, the Customer must contact Brave Disposal at least 30 days prior to cancellation.  ​5. In the event that the Customer terminates service and the Company is unable to retrieve the Company-provided bins within 15 days of service termination, the Customer owes the Company a sum of $100 per bin. ​By paying for the service provided by the Company, the Customer agrees to the terms and condition outlined in this contract. ​
